yes it was me , i banned you because you were using extremely Lo rates something in the reagion of 2500-3500 cl_updaterate 20, This is very unexceptable, if id have known it was you .a name a recognise i would have asked you to change them. But i am sick and tired of people abusing rates and anything under the default which is rate 7500 is not acceptable on our server. Please make sure your rates are correct before playing with us in future.

I WILL NOT waste any more of my time explaining to people wot rates meen and why lo rates are bad , i spend far to long as it is checking and changing rates , i dont mind adjusting them slightly , but when i know people change them to the extent when its well below standard rates in my eyes thats a rate hax.

This is NOT up for discussion , i will in this instance as youve gone about this the right way unban you , but again plz check your rates before joining us again and its allways helpfull if we recognise who u r . So say hi womble its me Bio-hazard next time.

Those rates on that site are lower than we would expect for a decent connection.

What speed is your internet connection?

Assuming you are a foreign type, try maybe 15000 80 80 and see how you get on with that.
