lmao, well, this is how it started...
i cocked up my comp, accdently pulled out a network card while the comp was on (i tripped over one of the network leads)...and it sort of fried the mobo, cpu, ram, and all other cards....so...
my mother refused to pay for me to sort it out...insurance to the rescue....accidental damage cover or summin, so, insurance gave me information about this company called Vox Solutions, i had to send the computer to them to be repaired...
rather than just replacing the now broken parts, they just gave me a new computer, to the same spec though, except cpu, they took from 1800+ to 2000+(big wow)...
they gave a new case, and i asked if they could put it in the old one, the black flaming one, they said no, i asked if they could have it shipped back to me if i paid the extra p&p, they said no, but i oculd BUY it back off them, BUY MY OWN CASE!!! they said it would cost me summin like 30-40 quid, and since it werent my money...my mother said no. 
so, tahts my story, not very interesting, but, whats this bout J2 computers then?

lol - well i bought a system from them in nov 98 i think it was, £850 for a 333 which was quite cheap at the time. 1st of all the system didnt arrive until about a week after they orginally told me.
When it finally arrived the win98 cd (which i had payed about £80 for or summat) was corrupt/damaged somehow and was unusable. I then phoned them and sent it back to have it replaced. After about a month they still hadnt returned it, i phoned them numerous times and could never get "the guy" who deals with this stuff.
Anyway eventually they send it back 2 me and im away for xmas hols. By the time i get back its been sent back 2 them, i phone the guy who says hes got it and says hell send me it. Pfft. Many months and phone calls later i eventually gave up trying to get it back...
The moral of this story is build ur own pc or get it from a big company like PC World
