Torchlight half price this weekend @ £7.50
I bought it and have been playing for a couple of hours. Quite fun if you liked diabolo (pretty much the same game with better gfx).

i wasn't that impressed with torchlight...
preorder on civ 5 is £10 less, than the £40 retail, but if it's anything like the modern warfare 2 DLC, they reduce the price on release (stimulus pack was advertised as 14.99, then a 10% discount, but on release they reduced it to 10.99, and f**ked over all of us that preordered)
tropico 3 is £5... 75% discount. it's an alright game, if you like tycoon building games

i saw tropico but decided against it as it didnt get such great reviews (80% metascore).
Interesting that steam no longer put metascore on new releases...

For those people who are crazy and have a MAC - Steam has been released for it. Not only that though - Portal (an AMAZING game) is now free untill the 24th. Get it installed before you need to purchase it.

New Sega pack on steam for £50 including all the total war games, football manager, avp and a few others. Pretty good value if you like those games. Also theyre doing a cheap sega game every day this week (today is avp for £12.50)...
