This site here is excellent to see if you pass the requirements for a game or not.

Like Mashy who wondered about Guitar Hero III, just select a game on the drop down list and run the test (Java based)

Ok! mine passes minimum, also tried WoW and i pass that with flying colours, i lagg thou, maybe thats to do with my Interface upgrades / Window mode
