I had a beta test key for this...and a 30 day trial.

I never bothered to use em though. Shoulda, but the bigass download always puts me off.

lol Grizz i rolled a Elf/Hunter also, but not on the same realm. I'll try find out where chieffy is then re-roll my char... Chars name = Feladinor. (very lotr i thought ) 

UPDATE 

Spoken to Chiefy and hes on "Snowbourne" realm , so im gonna re-roll my Elf/Hunter on his realm... Come n join us Grizzler/anyone else.

If it was a gig, i might have tried it though.

Some good games are spoilt with huge sizes and prices.

I might get me a tabula risa trial or sommit.

No offensei s intended though, LOTRO looks like it'd be fun. Just too long a wait to download :P

Tbh though, surely you could just leave it on during the day when your busy or even at night, when your sleeping or w/e:P

A long download time is a woman's excuse, be a man, download while you sleep today (you even get to damage the environment!)

Why not just bring your laptop there? And download it there? It is not illegal, so they can't say anything
