Did anyone else get C&C first decade? I got it, and was wondering if anyone is up for some C&C Generals, or any other C&C gameage? (tho, I have to say DOW is a superior strategy game, generals just seems to be mostly about tank rushing).

I tried to get it but couldnt find it anywhere z.z
i have Tib sun, Generals + Generals exp pack and renegade seperately though.
spent my money on DoW :P

I have it, and damn we should hvae had a General rematch. IT would have been interesting to have seen what would have happened between me and griz and you and alister if that game had not crashed.

i have generals and zero hour (bought at lan). Its OK but DoW is way more fun!

I have C&C : First Decade , I would love to play Tiberian Sun/Red Alert 2 if your up for it, Cant run generals properly on this machine..
And you cant compare the two strategy games, DoW if more squad based ie, you have limits of how many units you can have, in the C&C Universe you dont, which makes a whole lot of difference

Aye , less strat + more lag + crap gameplay - CnC generals
i believe that the original had a limit though, and tib sun you rarely get chance to build a large amount :P
id like to play tib sun with ya grizz, but you couldnt connect to me :(

Yup its more strategy, but at least in the previous series, you cant just "tank rush" all the defense systems (tesla coils, prism towers, oblisk" etc, would have destroyed them

Yep , all prev versions of CnC were good strategys due to the awesome defences or units , plus there was a Cap im certain on how many you could make in total..generals is just gay, you can rush the defences easily, defences cost much and dont work well, OR they are overpowerd (have you ever tried to get past a wall of laser turrets ? it hurts alot.)
also, get on vent grizz ! :P
im bored...im prob gonna go play DoW or something now. (revision done fer the day)

I don't think there has ever been a unit limit in C&C (I know dune 2 had one).
Me and my bro have been known to build HUGE armys of momoth tanks :)
