I'm after buying a scanner , does anyone know anything about them ? i.e what do i need to know so i dont get ripped of n end up with sommat thats crap ?

stick with HP scanners and youll defo get a decent one. I have an HP Scanjet 1640 or sumat - cant remember exactly but ill try and check if you remind me this weekend when im in the house.

i recently got a scaner printer and copyier in 1 from hp its wicked and does the job nicly

hp all in one

just for your info ya may find it cheper

apparently cannon scanners arnt to bad eitehr? just like their bubblejet printers are getting good again so are their scanners. but for now i'd say stick with HP

u really want a 42 bit scanner - 36 is a bit low...
