well having had nothing but grief so far, i feel the need to vent my frustration while steam is in a state of crash right now, all i want is to install cs, too much to ask.... well obviously

currently on my third attempt at it, gave up last night,
you can dl from fileshack the cs game without going through steam, so i ask the question, whats the point
still doesnt work,
oh and let me know your friend list nicks or id's so i can stalk... i mean say hi

Steam sucks Demons balls (sorry demon)!!!!
I have nothing but problems with it, the beta was sh*t and the FULL version is not much better. buggy as f**k and slow as windows XP running on a 386 33 with 32 MB of ram......
Hopefully Valve will reaslise there mistae and relase a NONE steam version of HL and CS and make the WHOLE comunity happy. AS to my nick it is TheGouldFish.

harv - in 2 weeks time all WON servers are supposidly going to be taken offline so the only way to play cs online is via steam.
cs 1.6 is good, steam is plain sh*te imo

i know you can now download the cs1.6 files directly, rather than using steam since all the crap with it, but, if you can do that, what, can i ask, is the point in makin a big stir with steam? stupid people..
