i did it 2 years ago m8 this first 2 weeks are the worst but if you can make it then your home scott free, goodluck and if you need a chat im always about m8 , dont give up , itll save you loads and youll smell loads better :-0

no need to go to hell, on your death bed, just ask for forgivness and bang your in heaven, sorted.

on the original note, i know many people who have given up, and many who have fallen off the wagon, it all comes down to your reasons for giving up, medical or life threatening is a lot easier than simply giving up because you think you should, you will always find ways of justifying having a smoke, i know people who are "social smokers" and only have them when they go out, but then they smoke the rest of the packet that is left over as it is a waste otherwise,

Good luck Fraggle :) I know exactly how u feel, cos i quit smoking 21 of December ;)

A tip for u is not to pressurize urself on quitting cos that just makes u want to smoke :)

I didn't even have a hard time quitting cos i had a lot on my mind this christmas :P We'll just see if i can control myself when school starts and if so I have officially quit smoking

So that's taken care of then.. Let's see what's on my To-Do   
list next...Ahh here it is --- Stop shooting up heroin ;)
