f**king burnt my chest last weekend in the sun, its been a nightmare. its got to the peely itchy stage now and im ready to top myself i think.

cant even play cs properly as need to scratch it every 10seconds aaaaaaaaagh

I got one of the shower brushes and some shower gel and just scrubed most of my peeliing skin away. Itches a little but man did it feel good.

ive only ever burnt myself like this twice, last time was two years ago, it took 2 years to make the same mistake again.

i dont burn - think ive been burned once in my life only maybe twice, the only time i remember was cos i was out on the beach body sufing and body boarding in South Africa for about 12 hrs and forgot to take lotion with me... ooops...
