If anyone is after some new music, The Mooney Suzuki are wicked. New album is called Alive & Amplified and well worth a listen. The single also called Alive & Amplified is excellent.

up beat rock/indie sort of thing.

some of it reminds me of hendrix a bit.

have you just been reading the xfm website or something, single has been out for a while though, but not heard the album, could be a tad boring based on the one single

I will need to look into them, not got alot of new music recently, but if you are looking for a good band look up one called: Matthew good band. (also know as Matthew good)
