I have a problem whenever I quit a online game, after a while svchost.exe suddenly uses 100 % of my cpu, after I shut that down, I lose my sound to all applications that I dont allready have started...

Anyone that can help me? I tried googling but I dident find any solutions that could help me..

there was a virus that called itself svhost but can you try restarting schost after youve eneded it or is it another program thats causing it to go nuts

Well, its not called svhost, its called svchost, so its not a "virus", its part of the windows system, and I cant see a place to restart it either?

Best thing to do is get process explorer (its a free download from the best IT tools site on the net)

http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ProcessExplorer.html

Run the app, then to find out which service the svchost causing the issue is actually running, simply move the mouse over the top of it in the list and a description will appear. Its probably ICS or summat. If its an unimportant service then disable it, if not, try reinstalling it and make sure you check the app and system event logs for issues.
