Hello

I need to get my bro a wireless router for his Bulldog connection. I had a quick look and it looks like an DSL line so I was thinking of getting him this: http://www.komplett.co.uk/k/ki.asp?sku=308929

He just wants to share his connection round his flat without having to leave his PC on, and have it using WIFI so the neighbours can use it too. Will this do the job?

I use to have a linksys and it was poo have a look at these forums http://www.linksysinfo.org/portal/ see what they say about that model.  Mine was a wag54g, other models may be ok.

I bought a usrobotics and its been 100% better so far

bugger you all, I already ordered it...I do have a modem - can it plug into the router, or will I have to have a pc on all the time?

is it a usb modem or does it have ethernet out?

suspect usb! doh ul mojo. tbh id just return it and get a different one with modem, would be just as easy as mucking around connecting a modem to it.
