Hello,
I have been having problems with my BB supplier, eclipse. Basically there is a problem on my line (it's a new flat) and they have passed the call onto BT. The problem I am having is the connection will connect (if I reset my connection details) for about 1 - 4 minutes before disconnecting. This is not the case at certain times like 11pm - 8 am the next day or something.
Anyone know how I can hurry up the process of finding the fault? Anyone know what the fault is? Anyone know who I should hassle in BT to fix it? Eclipse are virtually impossible to contact and are practically no help. I have my MAC code from them so I am thinking about a move to plusnet. Any ideas anyone?
This has been going on for a month and they haven't gotten back to me with any useful information. I frequently spend 30 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone before the line goes dead. Their online support call used to be good but seems to have totally gone down hill. I need help!
