hi guys yup its me back from no where again

home for a few days for my birthday befor disapearing into the middle of no where again for a few months. Right now though i could use some help

No CD patches, if i use one with legit copies of games i can play the games on my pc without the discs right, but can i still play online?

This is all for my media pc (which i'll be making an update on my post about befor i go back on monday) and in keeping with my aim of not having to take DVDs or cds to my work accomodation i want to be able to use my games without them - but it would be nice to still be able to use them online when i am home

no CD patches im looking for are

Dawn of war (i got it the other day for Ł6 in asda btw :D )
Command and conquer generals
Command and conquer zero hour
Command and conquer Red alert 2
Command and conquer Tiberian sun (can u guess i used to be a big C&C RTS fan?)
Battlefield 1942
Hidden and dangerous 2

if any of you can help me track down some for these (i will be useing latest patched versions of the games)

also what about HL1 and 2? how can i patch those cus of steam...

dow doesnt need a cd if you patch it to the latest patch version

well with steam you only need to make sure is running on one machine at a time and you will be fine.

what you have to check is if any of those games do checks on the client when you go online, cheat checks and all.
