Thought this was so good it deserves to go in software forum instead of links.

It links all the free TV channels available online inc ESPN and LOADS of other channels. Just click on the drop down menu at the top of the page and select your channel!
There is also a program called TVU Player which does a similar thing:

A load of them are from youtube.
As good as it is, all I need to do is turn on winTV and set the channel on the skybox behind my lappy to watch TV :D
Working for sky does have some good bits.

Don't know if any of you are footy fans but try.
FSITEAM
Free to sign up. I use Sopcast and Pcast(not peercast) fairly good quality and lots of matches. Also on the Pcast player there is a games section showing WCG stuff and a counter strike channel. I have had a few probs installing on my lappy but on my media box they both installed no problem.
