For some time I have been having a few issues with my gaming rig, GFX errors wierd errors and crashes.
So after doing some looking around I figured my issue is the machine was over heating, and badly.

So the question was how to cool my computer down, now water cooling is fun but alot of work, so I decided to build the ultemete air cooled PC.

So GFX card first:
This what was cooling the GFX card:

As you can see this is a bit small and does not cool the GFX card too well.

Here is the new cooler.

It might not be too easy to see but the new cooler is at least twice the size of the old one.

IT's an arctic cooler, it was very easy to fit and looks much more the part.

Next was the CPU.

Old:

New:

The new CPU cooler is an "Freezer 64 Pro", not only is it a bigger fan it also has 6 heat pipes as well.

These on there own would have been enough to cool the system down enough, but I decided to really cool the system down.

Now the case can take 5 case fans so I decided to replace all the fans with newer ones as well.

The front and back fans were replaced with these:
YS-TECH FD128025HD 80mm Fan.
- Speed - 3000RPM
- Output - 45.2CFM
- Decibels - 34.5dBA
- Dimensions - 80x80x25

The side fan was replaced with one of these:
Vantec TD8038H Tornado 80mm fan - Retail
- Dimensions: 80x80x38mm
- Airflow: 84.1 CFM
- Noise Level: 55.2 dBA
- Speed: 5700 RPM

So thats ALOT of air being moved around the case (the side fan is blowing right onto the GFX card.

So how about some facts and figures.

CPU idle : 25 degrees
GFX idle : 27 degrees

CPU load : 36 degrees
GFX load : 41 degrees (this includes using overdrive)

These are down from about 65 degrees for both CPU and GFX card.

The only issue with this setup is the noise! Wow it is very loud, but I bought a nice little fan controller for the Tornado fan, even though it's not running at full speed the machine is still nice and cool and I can crank up the speed at any moment.

Final pic of the system :
