hey guys right heres the thing. For some reason, i hear an echo after noise on my computer. its really annoying and i cant play cs until its fixed because its just confusing and getting on my tits. any ideas. Ive tried f**king about with all the switches on my volume control thing but nuthing helps... can u guys?
i havent played cs since thursday :'(

dont talk on Vent cause im gonna mute... it just hurts my ears tbh. Im not 100 on either, im n00b with computers tbh. can u maybe explain how i find this out?

running xp if so , right click "my computer"-->properties-->hardware-->device manager-->sound,video and game controllers
post what drivers for audio etc are in there,
e.g creative sb live ( properties -->driver) version 5.12.1.296

Um, you sure you havent got your output settings for your microphone set on, output for your mic should be muted...
