What happened to the age limit btw ?

We have a strictly 17 + yr age limit and i reminded Dud of this when he took the recruitment job only the other day AND i also asked you to make sure this was enforced Demon ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????

immaterial Mash , we have rules and when Dud took the job he promissed me to stick to the age limit , Chemist will have to try again in a couple of yrs im afraid , no longer are we making ANY exceptions to the rule .

the reason we have a 18+ limit is because of immaturity (sp) and i didnt see any signs of this on vent last night.

tbh i say trial him not going against anyone, im just saying look at his experience i mean we need people like this and majoprity of gd CS players are under 18

scrub that lot, you will all have a two week trial, behave on vent and in servers turn up to practises at 8pm on mon and thursdays and you will be alright

me hope he checks back..

tbh the 17+ age rule is only there to encourage the older players but if people see it and still want to try then tbh let them. just say, its a strict "mess about and ur out" policy.

if it wasnt for people taking a chance with me i wouldnt be where i am now with probably more experience of running a clan than a good few of you.

well, we have talked about it, and it seems we are dropping the rule, since nobody cares to follow it anyway... we just do the standard 2 weeks trial for now

we arnt getting rid off it completely, we still have it but its just a guidline and they will try and stick woth it if they can, but if someone 17 and under wants to join they can without any hassle

no offence to chemist or any other kid who in clan... i no i aint about much but i think we shud stick to rule... when i did recruitment i cuda had loads of amazing players who where under 17 but use all bitched and complained sayin they haxed or using that for an excuse to say they immature...

i dont care how gd a player they are if they aint 17 or even 18..

as it will happen again if this kid really good... and he owns everyone use just gonna sl*g him off on vent etc he will slabber back u call him immature ban him etc kinda like wot happened to le(+)n

also if u guys are startin to let kids in im defo not coming back to play for use... no offence (dont take it wrong way) i cant stand playin wif use anyways as u cant shut up on vent for more than min... and i really dont wanna play wif a bunch of moany 15 yr olds who scream down the mic as there balls aint dropped....

if u wanna let kids in start a new squad for them maybe

i dont mind him joining... if he a gd player im all for it...

just i brought up allowing younger members at the agm as they have alot more time to play etc and we decided against it for numerous reasons mainly bein they annoyin and un reliable

ok we can make exceptions eg griz, mash and chemist if he works out.... just dont want it turning into a clan where any half decent 13 yr old can join

and lj it wudnt be hard to own me i aint pld cs in months :P
