where can i get a trial version of swg? i cba with huge downloads cause ive only got 150k or somat. if any1 has a trial from a mag or somat that they would like to share would be ruddy good.

no trial version anymore , used to be a free 14 day version but theyve stopped it i believe . Im gonna send off for a hard copy soon , apparently its gr8 fun wizzin about in tie fighters etc.

probably not going to bother tbh, i think it would be fun, but with hl2 i opnly have time for one game to concentrate on really and well hl2 wins every time

well you gave it your best shot , its a shame coz JTL apparently is amazing .Im slipping back into playing swg again , n started doing more Jedi trial stuff which is bloody hard .

i like the idea and would enjoy playing in star fighters etc, but i dont have the time to dedicate to it, which is very annoying, it was nice when i could spend 3-4 hours get buffed and go and take on difficult missions and stuff, but when you only have an hour a night to get in and play then its easier to jump on the cs and kill a few people rather than travel here, get healed, go there wait for buffs then 20 mins later after killing a couple of jantas turn it off as you have dinner ready and are then going out,

not complaingin just wish i had a little more time to play the game

i am sure i will be abck though when i can is another question, i have the itch to play it now, i actually might be able to play it otmorrow, but if fear once i have bought HL2 thats it!

well with hl2 only being a single player game , when youve finnished it a couple of times and the novelties worn off , then im hoping youll give swg another bash .

and re-activated my SWG account.

yeah will rawk, im not buying HL2 after a nice wee chat with Bruce from Virgin Gamestore in Aberdeen 2day he says Virgin have pre-orderd some  sort of xmas pack with limited availablity in shops released near xmas time. anyways im gettin that with all the extra lil goodies.

 

again tho time issue. Kris arrives on the 27th of Nov and leaves on the 23rd Dec so chances are i'll see you on boxing day :P

scotz - the xmas pack your on about is the DVD purchase pack equivilent to the Gold bundel i beleive.... it comes with all the extras like DoD:s and HL1:s, dunno about any extra goodies but i beleive it may come with some extra post cards or something. oh and it comes ina nice silver tin :)
