Hi,

Please see the below tracert and pathping to our colocated server. I am experiencing awful connectivity to the server with pings around 200. I have asked other people coming in via different routes on a number of other ISPs to connect and their pings are fine, confirming that the server itself is not at fault. Can you please check and confirm that you have no routing or other firewall issues? Please also note, I still do not have a login for your support site so am forced to use email for fault reporting.
