I saw the Shadow at the O2 Wireless festival.
He started his set with 'Building steam with a grain of salt' - without a doubt his best tune. And in true DJ Shadow style mixed it up with a whole load of other tracks of his making it sound awesome.
Had to stop watching after 20 mins though... Couldn't miss Massive Attack!

DJ shaddows stuff is very "rock" sometimes...and Unkle is also very good...seen massive attack so I would rather see shadow if I had to choose.

music rules...not just rock.

a very good line up for the all the narrow minded indie kids....

what is with the dance/DJ bashing of yours gouldfish. anyone who sl*gs off dance as one genre usually has no idea what they are talking about given how much music it actually covers.

from the T lineup id be keen to see pretty much all of it, but felix da housecat and shadow should be good. also i imagine arctic monkeys will put on a good show and the kooks play well live.

Naa I will always sl*g dance off as once genre along with rap and any other music type I find boarding and crap.

And thank god that "guitar" music is on its way back in and I don't have to listen to that dance stuff on the radio any more \o/

plus T in the park has always been mix of serval music types, they have a whole tent for your sytle of music, it's just the main stages are normally the big rock/pop acts at the time.

Anyone ever been to the Leeds Festival? Line up doesn't look as good as T in the Park, but there's still tickets available and I might know some other people who are going...

So, anyone know if it's any good?

Leeds Festival is usually a mirror image of Reading Festival. How good it is depends on the bands playing tho.

Some good ones this year NIN, Lost Prophets, Chili Peppers. Loads better than T in the Park.

Its wrong of anyone to diss anyone elses liking to a particular genre of music , personnaly i like alsorts of stuff (but mainly old school rock, Led Zep ,Motorhead AC/DC, maiden ,Floyd , metallica etc ) but sometimes i might be in the mood for classical or a bit of old school rap/dance /hiphop, as long as i like the tune then who gives a sh*t what anyone else thinks

MUSIC ROXS

I remember while I was in Edinburgh, I was adding some of my eurodance songs to the media center they have in the living room, I put a song on..

And Ross walks in and listens for a few seconds and turn around and walk straight out XD
