Guys i have just recently lost the girl that I love.. We had been together for about a year and just recently something came between us and we broke up... How the f*** is someone supposed to deal with the hole in the heart this type of event gives you?
I dont know what to do....
This is also why i have been missing praccys and what not i have totally shut down it seems...

Simple answers which is the ONLY thing that ever works is . Time Heals . i know its cliched but ive been there bought the t-shirt when it comes to heartache and im afraid you gotta ride out the storm . Things WILL get easier . Try keep busy and dont dwell on stuff . Try n move on slowly and take 1 day at a time m8 , good luck .

Thanks man... Its getting better, there is always the chance we are going to get back together as well... because this was supposed to be a break so that she can focus on herself and sh*t she needs to do... thats the only thing im having trouble with is the dwelling on wether or not we are getting back together and when...

dude, i can feel ur pain... i split with the girl of my dreams about 2 and half yrs or so ago, we where goin out for over a yr and things went really bad...
since then i have moved on and had several g/f's it does get easier with time, dont dwell on it to much it will be the worst thing u can do, just if u know deep down that ur gonna get back with her, hold on to that, but dont let it take over ur life...
ive always known i wud get back with my ex, and recently we started hangin out again ( we always wud meet up now and again etc) but its gettin to stage where we goin out most night to get pissed etc.... the hard part is now what do i do if sommit happens, as she gettin cuddly and flirty... as i got a g/f who i been with for 16 months now..
relationships suck!

tbh mate, you will always remember your big loves of your life, even years later, but just think back fondly and move on. I still sometimes think about my ex, but not in a way that i miss going out with her, just remembering good times. The age old expression will always be true, theres plenty more fish in the sea... if i were you i would spend a couple of years playing the field before settling down. You dont wanna look back and always wonder if you missed out! (Always wear protection though, especially with all the skanky crack hoes out there these days!)

Well i dunno guys i know i have been saying this and i know you know its hard... But its like right now if i look at another girl that is fine as hell im not like i want to bone her anymore im like i wish steph was here... I seem to no longer want anyone not even the finest skankiest hoes... I just want her.

yeah... it sucks dont it. Strange how all guys fall harder than girls. But really its not the end of things, you wont go away from a relationship like that without anything. Altho it may end you will take away from it expierence and lessons that you will learn that will prepare you for the next relationship you have.....
Trust me serious relationships harden you up, you come out twice the man you were. more resiliant, strong willed, stronger character. Not fancying the skankiest hoes is just another step in maturity, that tells me your looking to girls with substance not just looks as you'll find out will be more fullfilling.
i think women have emtionally numbed me, i dont really think i care if my GF cheats on me. ( but i will miss those late nights)

Well that didnt take long just some meditation and what not now i am cured i am completely over it... As far as im concerned i am moving on with my life if our paths meet again then so be it... But for now im completely over it.. Im glad i came to this realization..
