Two people have been killed and scores have been injured after at least seven blasts on the Underground network and a double-decker bus in London.
UK Prime Minister Tony Blair said it was "reasonably clear" there had been a series of terrorist attacks.
He said it was "particularly barbaric" that the attack was timed to coincide with the G8 summit which he would be leaving to return to London.
The BBC's Frank Gardener said Arab sources believed al-Qaeda was to blame.

well looks like we prob goin back to war... im not one for nukes., but i say we vaporise all those c**ts, show them wot happenes when they mess wif a super power. .
defo a terrorist attack blair just said so, and he will have all the info as he top dog.
rumours r it was the french as they pissed we kicked their frog eatin asses at the olympic bid :P

i hope you're jokin right...
Al-queda isnt a country there terrorist cells all over the world, they could be rounded up by a sustained international police investigation... unfortunatly theres noone to target or bomb.
i wonder what you mean by "all those c**ts" tho
i pray Harv is alright and everyone else, my lass' lil sister lives next to one of the stations and thankfully shes fine but yeah im worried and it's disguisting what happned.

Well it wasn't us from Bahrain, so hold your trigger fingers...! and just because there's a statement from Al Qaeda doesn't necessarily mean anything... they (and infact noone) never officially claimed responsibility for 9/11. Al Qaeda is a handy scape goat and a handy target for a lot of other organisations who's goals are paranoia and mistrust.
So let's not jump to conclusions, eh? I know plenty of Arabs who are jolly nice and plenty of Westerners who are w**kers...
Either way, I hope that everyone is okay and that it's actually over...

i completly agree with you hamble hence my post.
the fact is the group who have came forward are "linked" with al-queda wtf does that mean linked cause they are both terrorists.
i know some great guys from over there and sh*t like this increases racism ive seen 4 of my nephews had to change school cause of racism from students AND teachers (yes teachers who didnt get f**kin fired) cause of sh*t like this... theres no one country to target they are all over the world.

I'm happy Demons not been blown up...I'm sure Harv will be ok too. Hopefully he would have been at work bofore anything happened. My bro was supposed to drop his gf off at kings cross, but slept in.
Apparently my Cuz's boyfriend was on one of the trains but got off 10 mins before.

tbh im not gona believe the government if they say its al-qieda until they get hard facts, becuase theres all this assumption that terroist are linked to arabs or iraq, but terroists are any1 who any who plants bombs(not nessesarily only 'bombs') with an intent to kill.
dont get me wrong this is a terrible thing and i hope every1 is peechy.

all i will say is the best way to go about it is to continue as normal, though i do get the point that a computer game about terroists may not seem to appropriate, it is only a game,
im off to play footy then going to play anarchy online probably, as horrible as it is for many people its not going to stop me doing what i would normally be doing,
though obviously if you know people like lyns who has been caught up in it, spending time with them is more important to you and quite right.

i tried callin him earlier couldnt get thru on the phone at all and ive just sent him a txt. if the cell masts are overloaded in london tho he may not get the txts for hours
