Recently when I have tried forwarding or sending emails to the Mrs they have been bounced back as undelivered , tried from Windows Live Mail and Hotmail on the web with same result , and now it appears that others have experienced this with her mail address as well in the past week , all her AV stuff is upto date so I said I would ask the SFH TechGuys for help

might sound obvious but its always better to start with the easier stuff first...

you have typed her full email properly, not misses a fullstop or comma out?

if its not that then are you using a proxy?...hotmail hates proxy's and wont function unless you open the correct ports...

finally if that wont work she may have accidently clicked the box to highlight all emails and could have marked them all as junk rather then delete...i made this mistake myself...she would have to re-add every1 in her contact list then click options,on the left side click mail, then Junkl email protection, click safe list, type the name of every email she accidently junked that she wants to retrieve then click add.....

if its none of these thing's then u might wanna email hotmail from another account and ask them to look into it

All good advice above that...
Also, you say it is undelivered... but what exactly is the error message (if any) that comes back after sending it?

I sure to say that you may be made some of the spelling mistakes for sending the right address. Because it is common mistakes for reason undelivered. You can get the right address from the website. Or administrative 's profile also.
