Now even the kid in the street can get your facebook/gmail/twitter account easily! All the have to do is install an addon to Firefox and they are off.

Once they use it, the sessions (not the password themself) make them login as you at that moment.

So, if you go hook up at a open wifi, say at the aiport or in the city. Beware if you login to your facebook/gmail etc.

Before I even got to the end of that article I was thinking "run a vpn from home, then connect to it before you surf". Looks like they had a similar idea:
