I like the newer nokias, but they don't last too well. The cameras are good though.

I'm very happy with my 6 days old Sony Ericsson W595. Best cell phone I ever had and I plan to have this one for quite some time

I have the samsung jet and it is rubbish, batt dies after a few calls although it might just be my one that does that, like a a one off dogdy, would have been a cool phone otherwise.

Just ordered an HTC Tattoo from Vodafone. I was gonna go for an iPhone 3GS, but I couldnt justify spending an extra £150 (plus £90 over 18 months) and having a worse price plan than I do now... Plus I believe the HTC battery life is a wee bit better, giving u about 2 days of use to the iPhone's 1 day on avg useage...

I finally got to buying one myself to. It became the LG Cookie, seeing as it was cheap and had the things in needed most (only 120€ vs the 300€ and more from the other touchscreen phone thingies.)
And only 2 days of battery life? thats not alot is it? mine is going for 3 days now and still not even half-empty battery

The battery life is crap these days - turn off bluetooth, screensavers and vibrate and you save a bit though.

I'm using prepaid cards (i think thats Payg), seeing as im not a fan of them contracts as they cost me more then i use.
And then theres the fact that, in belgium, the selling of phone contracts together with the actual phone itself has only been recently allowed, so theres not much choice either.

Really? It's been going on here for ages. Otherwise I'd be using a plastic cup with a bit of string in it.
