Elo all

I'm looking to get a new PSU for me computer. I need it to bee about 400watts + and i want it to run reliably and quietly. I've been looking at getting an antec TruePower 430W PSU but you guys got any other recomendations?

bit l8 now m8 i've already been an got one. it arrived yesterday

Antec TruePower 430W PSU and i gotta say first impressions are that i like it. seems well built, quite (altho itested it at work with loads of background noise not in a dead silent room) and looks up for the job.

/me shrugs - its temp controlled, the fans only rev up to the speed they have to not a constant speed. i ran it for a few hours last night with all me normal fans in and the computer case sound is quite tollorable imo - but i have been leaving the side of the case of lately with all the heat atm the only reall sound is some air passing through the fins in the zalman fan, a slight were from the fans (but barely noticeable, and the noise of air going throught the fan grills.

I need to gte my self a nice quiet PSU,  the one that came with my case is nosie as !!f**k!!

I guess thats what I get for buying a £25 case.

My problem is that my machine is on 24/7 and it's in my bed room,  not too easy to go to sleep with that nosie!

my pc is on 24/7..usually, is noisy, it flashes, AND i got a well noisy fridge an all...try gettin to sleep with that
