I've got the season 2 of lost and prison break and was thinking of putting it on DVD's, but i've heard that you have to compress the files first. Does nero V5 does that? plus how do i make start up screens etc as well.

dependeds on what format you got them in if there dvd rips yeah youll need either dual layer discs or to change the econding probably best using KVCD and it will take a long time like a day if there not and there like downloads you can probably get them on a disc
so bassicly we need more info as to format and how you want to play them on a computer or dvd player

and some good dvd players can play divx's and sh*t. From my experiance, converting divx or xvid to dvd format always results in the sound becomming out of sync :(

My brother uses winavi converter its easy and he hasn't had too many problems. It takes a while to do the conversion depends on the spec of your pc.

I'd just throw the eps on the DVD stright off, but then I would rather get more HD space then burn stuff off.

Well its in AVI format at the moment and would like to play them on a dvd player. I am not really bothered to burn it dual layer, as long as i can fit atleast 3 episodes per dvd.

woah woah woah well if there in avi format they should only be like 300 mb each and that means you should be able to get the whole season on 2 discs single layer discs. The only issue is it wont play on dvd player you will have to spend hours converting them to another format like KVCD. However you could burn two episodes to a single cd in vcd format.

I've just downloaded nero V7, and copied the epies straight on the disc through that. Worked great, and working fine. Howevever i have one more prob, the audio keeps going out of sync (in the original clips, not just the dvd burnt ones)
Plus what is the diffrene between DVD-R and DVD+R ??
Just ordered these dead cheap

stick with dvd-r i would say...
as for links, you are using the WYSIWYG editor so just hit enter after you paste the link and it should turn into a clickable link...
