I'm looking for a fan(or more than one if needed) that is as close 2 silent as possible. CBA with water-cooling or anything, jst want quiet fans.
Any reccomendations or experiences on the quietest fans going?

zalman as harv said, another option is vantec. these fans are good for CASE cooling, not CPU cooling, if u want a better CPU you're gonna need to spend some cash on a better HSF or you'll overheat if u put a less powerfull fan on as it wont cut it.
again for a good HSF look at quietPC.com that harv linked you to, you should find what you need there. for quiet stuff you need to buy good kit (otherwise its just crap and not quiet) and to do that you need to spend more cash.

4 main things that make case noise.
CPU
PSU
Graphics card
Case
Not always in that order either but they are the 4 main culprits. Check out Quiet PC that harv linked you to and see whats on offer to fix those things for you that you can afford, personally i would target case and CPU cooling first - but that noise reduction foam? ive never used it so i cant say if its worth it.

Its just I don't know what one to get or anything, after the size(havent measured but that wont be difficult) I don't have a clue what to go for:S
So if i get a new heatsink and case fan, would do that do the trick then?
Sorry for being nobish about this, but im clueless :(

yeah so are we lol, its ok saying you dont know what would be best, but your being extrealy vague about this, we dont know what you already have, we dont know what your CPU is, we dont know how many fan mounts of what size you have, or what part is noisiest and needs tackling first. We've linked you to a very good site for silent gear, if you want to replace something then look on there first.

Aye a no that its jst i don't know what i need:P
I'll buy a new case fan and see how that goes and if theres still too much noise I'll get a new cpu fan.

hmmmmm
befor you go spending money you dont need to how about pop over to bit-tech and go on the forums, read the FAQ (its very good) and have a look around the hardware section a bit, maybe even the modding section, get some ideas what you want to do, maybe put a few posts up asking some questions (but specific questions not vague) and get some info from there. I think thats your best bet
