Hello boys and girls, my name is Matthijs de Waard, and my nick is Pica. Ive recently bought company of heroes after playing it for a month or so in various hamachi channels, and I thought it would be cool to be part of a clan, and I just googled u guys up :P .

Im 22 years old, and have been gaming since I was like 8 years old or something. The 3 most important games(as in, most time wasted on it) have been Counterstrike, warcraft 3 and world of warcraft(boast: http://ctprofiles.net/107365 ).

I have a stable, fast computer with a stable but not so fast connection, so I wont drop from games or anything.
I can speak english fluently, with a huge dutch accent that is :P .

I can use teamspeak or ventrilo, and Im on xfire if you want to contact me, search for jeanlucpicard. Also I'm on IRC in the channel #furious.wow on quakenet, and Ill try to stay in your channel. I do have a email address, but I rarely check that(read: once per 2 weeks or so) and when I do, chances are Ill miss your email with all the spam.

But its not that much... I can remember one guy from my school: He plays WOW since it was realised and he plays every day only WOW and he must have some 1000 hours more .

Im still suprised people who dont play wow are suprised people who do ,spend so much time playing it ... May be its that good its a tad adictive and a very very playable game . It still makes me smile how something that looks as good as wow and plays and is played by so many people manages to run so well .

Oh ya welcome Pica , Im Sirwomble your friendly (cough) neighbourhood Deputy Clan Leader, if i can help you in anyway which doesnt involve me doing anything , then please dont hesitate to ask .

Hey Mkoll, were getting about 150 visitors a week looking to find out about our Company of Heroes Clan. Can you start recruiting as best you can at the moment and we'll try and get the numbers up asap.

I (plus puss and mojo when I have a design together) am also working a new ladder site - rtsladders.com which will be a bit like enemydown.co.uk but for RTS games only. This will be ready in about 6-8 months hopefully (if I have time to do it) and will give people a chance to compete properly in these games and any others people request.

Sorry mate, we were all at the LAN 2 weeks ago then this week mojo has only just got his connection back. Theres only a few of us playing it for now but we want to recruit more so we will always have people to play with. I will be online on Sunday for some games, plus its up to everyone (mkoll, mojo, me and you) to be recruiting other players to play regularly for the team. Once we get our numbers up to about 10 or more then we can start looking to compete regularly.

Apologies for the slow start, but it will get better!
