Video must be made with a sence of irony tbh!
I've ALWAYS believed that Belgium was the most boring country on the planet, but this video that seems to be designed to disprove it has only confirmed what i already knew! 
Not a big fan of Belguim too I might add (sorry Yuricles - nothing personal) after spending time in Rwanda recently.

I have seen hotel Rwanda, though I felt that although the portrail of the Rwandan genocide was very well covered as well as the UN's disregard for what was actually going on, the film seemed to side-step a little how much the Belgian government was responsible for it.
Don't get me wrong though - no country has a squeeky clean past (England included - we as a country have done some horrific things that i too am not proud of), it's just that Rwanda was so very recent.
