Hi guys
Well having been working overseas for 5 months i have rather been out of the loop and was looking for some advice.
While i have been away our ISP back home - Pipex - has been causing agro, apparentlyy changing the contract details without giving me any options (and increasing our fee!) and when my mum, who i know i have autherised to deal with the account when i go on my little adventures, was treated rather rudely when she tried to sort out the problems and they wouldnt answer her inquiries because she wasnt me. I now have a pissed off parent wanting to change ISP's and a pissed of ISP for some unknown reason as they wouldnt explain themselves. I blame the fact Tiscali took over the company and so im pretty happy to abandon ship if need be but im at a lost of who to use next.
My current arrangement with pipex should be £8 a month for unlimited net (but from what i gather this may no longer be the case) and im aware as a new customer i will be unlikely to get such a good deal so here i am, what deals can i get and who is it worth going with? im not in a major urban area... i live in a small town in kent so ISP choice may be affected by that.

If you live in a small town like me then I wouldn't think BE would be there yet...we are not within range of any networks such as 02 or SKY which get good reviews , we are however with SKY normal and been with them for well over a year with no problems at all....that I can think of now anyway lol
