Thought tonight I would trade in my Xfire Sig on GW Guru for a spiffy SFH one , but I can't get it to work

its the small one I am trying to use

But when I paste it I get the message

Your signature cannot be longer than 200 characters including BB code markup.

I am too tired to count how many chars it has , so can any of you internet types tell me what is wrong?

Hmm having looked around I see the following permissions

Allow Color BB Code No
Allow Size BB Code No
Allow HTML No
Allow Smilies No
Can Upload Animated GIF for Signature No

So I take it the code for the sig falls under one of those computer says no thingies ?

yea, it's coded in HTML, which isn't allowed.

what the hell? why did you try to upload it? you just need to paste it into your sig and you're done.

Surprisingly I DO know how to paste a Sig as you may notice by the one that appears below! I have PMed one of the Mods on Guru to see why it does not work there .

I posted on the tech forum there and got this reply off Inde

Ghengis I know! Uhhh, anyone care to help me figure out what it means and how to fix it?

First u break the Sig thingy, next time ull probably break the site...

I now nothing of pc's and programming codes and stuff so i cant help ya. Just saying: don't break the site lolz
