Okay, I'm now making a forum for a website too, so I need some advice. Which do I use - phpbb or web wiz guide? I want to be able to customise it and change it's colours and stuff, and it should be really easy to admin, plus it should not have banner ads to other sites, etc. So, which do I go with?

Also, for testing stuff like this I need to create a virtual server on my machine. Any suggestions on how to do this - what software to go with?

depends if ur usin asp or php and if its a windows or linux box its to be hosted on. Easiest way is to run web wiz forums on a win box under IIS...

web wiz forums were cool as 10 when i used them, v.v.easy to change an stuff
