Vent server seems to have been down since last night. I restarted the process this morning and all working fine now.

vent server is down again - looks like a whole gameservers issue. i have raised a support ticket to which they replied:

"Hello Alex Galbraith,

We are aware of this issue. Our game admins are working on this. It will be back up shortly.
