How can I take screenshots from an avi video?
I think you can do it using print screen in Quicktime, but the avi file I have won't play in Quicktime, I get picture but no sound. Plays in media player and VLC but is there a way to print screen or take a screenshot from either of these?

I found a way. If you disable hardware acceleration in media player, you can then take screen shots.
