Got a bit of software to monitor my Hdd's temperatures. The secondary one is fine running at 40 or below, but the main one is running at 60+ constantly. Peaking at 67. Now 60 is the maximum reccomended temp so im a bit worried. I took the sides off and the hdd is now sitting out at the side of the case running. Its still sitting at 60degrees ish still.

Any reccomendations on how i can keep it lower?

Two ways of doing it:
Build some 80mm fans in to the casing to draw some air over the HDD (cheaper option).

Or visit
Thermaltake or Akasa(browse to thier system coolers page).

In short, Thermaltake are expensive but functional and flashy. Akasa are cheap but cheerful and also have the option of a cooler without taking a 5 1/4 bay.

Done and dusted.
