Hey mate,

We have a slight issue in that the guy who was supposed to be organising our BF2142 squad has gone AWOL... im really sorry, unless you would be interested in being involved in running it yourself and being the BF team leader then were wasting your time im afraid. Sorry man... if you were interested in bein the BF team leader and recruiting other guys in the clan we would love your help?

We are also purchasing a new more powerful server at the beginning of next year so should hopefully be able to run a BF match server off it?

i aint pld in weeks but if we gonna start a section i wud like to be considered to run it till scotts is back

first things first ive added you as a trialist on the squad member page and added you to the clan member list for the forums. second, you need to download vent 2.3, connect to our ventrilo server, and commence piss taking of womble for his general northern-ness... and finally, you need to speak to desert-punk, who is on most nights from about 8-ish i think and get some pick up games with him to start. Im sure he would be very please for the help on the recruitment front and I would be happy for you to assist him!

I want to get things like a server organised and we already have a low power dedicated box, but once it has been upgraded to a dual core with lots of ram, I will likely be installing a 16-20 man BF2142 server on it, certainly for match/practice use, if not pubby. We will have to see what kind of resources it uses.

nowt much tbh - its just a couple of weeks of getting to know ya really... we just like to make sure people r sound. Best thing to do is make sure youre always on vent when youre playing and people can join in with you and get to know you. Thats all
