i used to want a polo, but then i rented one for a weekend, theyre rubbish, and v uncomfy. I also used to hate Golfs, rented a new model one for a weekend, fell in love with em! My next car which I wanna get in Q1 next year will likely be a Golf 1.6 FSI

Golfs are superb cars man, u gettin the new mk5 shape??

Also bmw's or beemers are quite common, but you hardly see any nice ones, however my friend drives a brand new 06 plate bmw 318 M-Tec model, very very nice car.

I on the other hand drive a alfa 156, its really good, but realibity is sh*t, and they depreciate like dogs sh*t

Your country is very different in cars here then us by the looks of it, we drive around in BMW, Opel's , Volvo's , Audi etc.. and we (the youth) usually don't buy new cars we buy them used from each other then style it up, with neon lights, big stereo, spoilers etc..
Usually the stereo is worth more than the car..

And we don't drive around with a 1.6 or whatever, (im not that in to cars but) 2.0+ and up, my brother had 2 Golf GTI something, but he didnt finish reparing it, and bought a Mercedes

but it has not much in common with the real gti..excep the name
and do u have your own "pimped" car?

Westwood is a dick, and i think pimp my ride uk is sh*t

and grizz there are kids here who drive cars like that, they also wear burbery hats, berghaus (SP?) tops and wear argos jewelry, oh and worn out rockports with trackies.

Plus you try to get insured on a 2ltr car when you 17, it will be something like 3 - 4 grand easy, and is some insurers wont even ensure you

I am payin £1200 a year for my insurance, and that wud be higher, but i am using my mums 5+ no claims bonus
